These scrumptious muffins from legendary Driggs, Idaho bakery, Pendl’s will put a smile on your face every time you fire them up. Pendl’s was located at 6000 ft, so please adjust for altitude. This recipe makes 10 jumbo muffins!
How to Make Wild Blueberry Muffins
Cream the butter & sugar together and add the eggs one at a time.
Mix the buttermilk and soda in and then mix salt and flour together. Make sure to alternate dry and wet ingredients into creamed butter.
Fold in blueberries and bake at 325 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes.
